This site sets no cookies, runs no trackers, and collects nothing unless you choose to send it.

What this website collects

Nothing, unless you contact us. There is no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to consent to. We do not use advertising or social media pixels. The fonts are served from our own server, so no third party sees your visit.

If you send us a message

The contact form collects your name, business email, company if you give it, the topic you pick, and your message. It also records which page you were on and any campaign parameters in the link, so we know how you found us.

We also record your IP address briefly. It is used only to stop spam and to limit how often the form can be submitted from one place. It is kept for 30 days and then deleted, and it is not used for anything else: not for analytics, profiling or advertising.

Messages go to info@nachanalytics.com and are used to reply to you. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list from a contact form.

If you chat with Nacho AI

Nacho AI is our AI assistant. The chat tells you that by sending a message you agree to this page and our Terms.

When you open it

The chat notes which page you were on, any campaign tags in the link, and the website that sent you here, if another site did, so we know how you found us.

What we keep

Your contact details and your project: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number and company, if you give them; what you asked for; the plan we prepared; the budget range you chose; and any proposal we send you and its answer. We keep them so we can serve you and follow up on your project. The full conversation is kept too, for 90 days. It is stored on the server that hosts this website, outside its public folders. A person on our team may read it, to reply to you and to improve the assistant.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

The AI behind it

Nacho AI runs on an AI model made by Anthropic. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to write the replies. Its commercial terms do not let it train its models on them. We do not sell anything you write.

Once a conversation is over, we check the assistant’s answers for mistakes with the same Anthropic model, after removing your name, email, phone number and company, so we can fix what it got wrong.

In your browser

The chat sets no cookie and saves nothing on your device. If you reload the page, the conversation starts over.

On WhatsApp

If you write to our WhatsApp number, Nacho AI may answer. Its first reply says it is an AI assistant and links to this page.

We keep your WhatsApp number as your contact, with your project. We do not keep your WhatsApp profile name or photo, and we do not open photos, voice notes or files you send: the assistant asks you to write your message instead.

Your messages pass through WhatsApp, run by Meta, and Telnyx, the company that connects our number to our server. Each keeps data under its own policy.

When a person on our team writes to you from our WhatsApp, the assistant stops answering that conversation. Write STOP at any time and the assistant stops writing to you.

Personal, school or hobby ideas

We save a short summary of the idea. We save your email with it only if you say yes when we ask whether we may write to you. If you write a child's name next to who they are, as in “my daughter Ana”, the name is removed before your message is sent to the AI or saved.

Emails

The emails we send you from the chat have no tracking image and no tracking codes in their links.

How long each part is kept is in the next sections. Write to info@nachanalytics.com and we delete it.

Analytics

We use the visitor statistics built into our web server, plus Google Search Console to see which searches bring people here. The server statistics are produced from our own server logs. There is no analytics script, no cookie, no third-party service watching you, and nothing that follows you between websites.

The booking and WhatsApp links go straight to Calendly and WhatsApp. They do not pass through our server, and we do not count who clicks them.

Services we link to

Calendly, for booking. Opens in a new tab on Calendly’s own site, under their privacy policy. It is never embedded here.

WhatsApp, for messaging, run by Meta under their own terms. Opens in a new tab.

We do not embed Google Maps or other third-party content. The one exception is the video on our Quant Lab page: nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. If you play the video on our Quant Lab page, YouTube (Google) may set cookies under its own policy.

How long we keep your information

Chats with Nacho AI

We delete the full conversation automatically 90 days after it took place. Your contact details and your project stay, as described below.

To stop abuse, we also keep a scrambled copy of your internet address, and of your email address if you give one, for up to 30 days.

Your contact details and your project

We keep them until you ask us to delete them. If we no longer need them, we may delete them sooner.

Records the law requires us to keep

Invoices, contracts and payment records stay with us for as long as tax and accounting laws require, even after our work together ends.

Summaries that don’t identify you

We may keep counts and summaries with no personal information in them (for example, how many people asked about dashboards in a month). We use them to improve our services.

Services we use

Some information passes through services that help us run this site: Anthropic for Nacho AI, GoDaddy for hosting and email, Calendly for booking, WhatsApp for messages, and Telnyx, which connects our WhatsApp number to our server. Each one keeps data under its own policy.

Deleting your information

To have your contact details, your project and your conversation deleted, write to info@nachanalytics.com. We delete them, except the records the law requires us to keep, and we keep nothing that identifies you in the counts and summaries we use to improve our services.

If you ask us not to email you again, we keep a scrambled copy of your address so we can respect that. We keep it for as long as needed to honor your request.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@nachanalytics.com. We reply within 30 days.
