Who we are
NACH Analytics LLC, Houston, Texas. You can reach us at info@nachanalytics.com.
What this site is
A description of what we do and how we work. Nothing on it is an offer, and nothing on it is professional advice: not financial, legal, tax, medical or immigration advice.
The assistant
The assistant on this site is an AI. It can make mistakes. It asks about your business and drafts a plan. Anything it produces is preliminary and not a quote. It cannot agree a price, commit us to a date, or accept work.
A person on our team reads every plan before anything is sent to you, and confirms the scope and the figure. We don't put a deadline on that review, because getting it right matters more than speed. We usually reply within two business days.
A price is only a price once we send it to you in writing.
Prices you may see
Where the assistant mentions a "starting from" figure, that is the floor for a package as we have scoped it, not an estimate for your project. Your fixed quote comes from a person, after a person has read what you need.
The Quant Lab
Research and education only. No signals, no advice, no performance promises. Nothing there is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and past results, including any we publish, do not predict future ones.
What we ask of you
Don't share sensitive information through the assistant or the contact form: passwords, account or card numbers, Social Security numbers, health information, or confidential business information you're not authorized to share. Your name, contact details and a description of your project are fine; that's what we need to help you.
Don't use the site to break the law, and don't try to overload it.
Our work
The text, code and visuals on this site are ours. Work we do for a client belongs to that client on the terms we agree in writing with them, which is a separate document from this one.
Things we can't promise
The site is provided as it is. We keep it working and we fix what breaks, but we don't promise it will never be unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for what you do on the strength of something you read here.
Reply times we mention are estimates, not guarantees. Anything we owe you for paid work is governed by the agreement for that work, not by this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
Language
We work in English and Spanish. If a translated version of these terms says something different from the English, the English is the one we mean.
Changes
We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top tells you when.
